If you're not satisfied with your first paid month of CraftGlowAI, contact us within 7 days of the initial charge and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no interrogation.

Ongoing renewals

After the first month, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@craftglowai.com from the address on your account.
2. Include the payment date and the reason (optional but helpful).
3. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse (bulk generation followed by immediate refund, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms).
